Soyka, The Restaurant & Lounge

, opened its doors to a doubting public in the spring of 1999. Mr. Soyka originally purchased the building to house his vintage car collection, never dreaming of opening yet another restaurant or café. But before all of the cars had even found their way to new homes, Mark decided to open his namesake restaurant. With nothing in the area that catered to the locals and the VIP of the business and government community downtown, Soyka was packed the day it opened its doors and remains so to this very day, with the most unique, casual ambiance and comfort dining, in all of Miami, that bring guests back to dine with us several times a week….truly making it their dining room away from home.
