We Are Graspa Group
Graspa Group, one of Miami’s top restaurant management companies, was established in 2002 to streamline the operations of its successful dining venues: Spris and Segafredo on Lincoln Road. The group grew with the addition of new locations over the following years: Spuntino Bakery & Catering, Salumeria 104, Spris Artisan Pizza (in both Midtown and Downtown Miami) and Segafredo Bayside.
The group operates the human resources, marketing, accounting and strategic operations of each restaurant. It currently owns all of its restaurant but in the past it has management other restaurants including News Lounge, Soyka, Van Dyke and others.
Graspa Group specializes in restaurants focused on the age-old Italian combination of good food and good people. It has driven the growth of Graspa Group to more than 250 employees. It is this simple recipe of professionalism, innovation and quality that has allowed for awards and significant recognition within the hospitality industry over the years.
